Məxfilik siyasəti
Coachour fitness məşqçiləri ilə tələbələrini bir tətbiqdə birləşdirir. Bu sənəd hansı məlumatları topladığımızı, niyə topladığımızı və onlarla nə etdiyimizi izah edir.
Topladığımız məlumatlar
- Hesab: ad, e-poçt, şifrə (şifrələnmiş formada), rol (məşqçi/tələbə), dil.
- Profil (könüllü): telefon, haqqında mətn, zal adı, cins, doğum tarixi, boy, fiziki aktivlik, təcrübə səviyyəsi, sağlamlıq/zədə qeydləri.
- Məşq və sağlamlıq məlumatları: proqramlar, tamamlanan hərəkətlər, çəki və ölçülər, qida hədəfləri və qeydləri, su qəbulu, sessiya davamiyyəti.
- Fotolar: tələbənin özünün yüklədiyi yemək və irəliləyiş fotoları, söhbətdə göndərilən şəkillər.
- Mesajlar və qeydlər: məşqçi ilə tələbə arasındakı yazışmalar, məşqçinin qeydləri.
- Ödəniş qeydləri: məşqçinin öz tələbəsindən aldığı ödənişlərin qeydi (Coachour ödəniş qəbul etmir, kart məlumatı saxlamır).
- Texniki: push bildirişləri üçün cihaz tokeni.
Məlumatları necə istifadə edirik
Yalnız xidməti göstərmək üçün: məşqçi tələbəsinin məlumatlarını görür və idarə edir, tələbə öz məlumatlarını və məşqçisinin ona yazdıqlarını görür. Məlumatlar reklam üçün istifadə edilmir və üçüncü tərəflərə satılmır.
Kim görür
Tələbənin məlumatlarını yalnız özü və qəbul etdiyi məşqçisi görür. Məşqçinin "yalnız mən" kimi işarələdiyi qeydləri tələbə görmür. Məşqçinin adı, zalı və haqqında mətni tətbiqdə axtarış edən istifadəçilərə görünür.
Harada saxlanılır
Məlumatlar Supabase (Avropa İttifaqı, İrlandiya) serverlərində saxlanılır. Push bildirişləri Google Firebase Cloud Messaging vasitəsilə göndərilir; bu zaman yalnız cihaz tokeni və bildiriş mətni Google-a ötürülür.
Nə qədər saxlanılır
Hesab mövcud olduğu müddətdə. Hesabı silmək istəsəniz, aşağıdakı ünvana yazın — hesab və ona bağlı bütün məlumatlar (fotolar daxil) 30 gün ərzində silinir.

Privacy Policy
Coachour connects fitness trainers with their students in one app. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what we do with it.
Data we collect
- Account: name, email, password (stored hashed), role (trainer/student), language.
- Profile (optional): phone, bio, gym name, sex, birth date, height, activity level, experience level, health/injury notes.
- Training and health data: programs, completed exercises, weight and body measurements, nutrition targets and logs, water intake, session attendance.
- Photos: meal and progress photos the student uploads, images sent in chat.
- Messages and notes: conversations between a trainer and a student, the trainer's notes.
- Payment records: the trainer's own ledger of what a student paid them (Coachour does not process payments or store card details).
- Technical: a device token for push notifications.
How we use it
Only to provide the service: a trainer sees and manages their students' data; a student sees their own data and what their trainer wrote for them. Data is not used for advertising and is never sold to third parties.
Who can see it
A student's data is visible only to the student and the trainer they accepted. Notes a trainer marks "only me" are hidden from the student. A trainer's name, gym and bio are visible to users searching for a trainer in the app.
Where it is stored
Data is stored on Supabase servers in the European Union (Ireland). Push notifications are delivered through Google Firebase Cloud Messaging; only the device token and the notification text are passed to Google.
Retention
For as long as the account exists. To delete your account, write to the address below — the account and all data linked to it (including photos) are deleted within 30 days.
Your rights
Contact us to access, correct, export or delete your data.

Coachour is not intended for users under 18.
